Paneer Corn Dosa

We always like to try something different to come out of the boredom of routine. I felt the same when preparing dosa last time. I have the dosa batter with me, but didnt want to have the same set of routine dosas. I want to make it different for my husband this time.
So I tried this which turned into a yummy recipe which I am giving below.

Ingredients:

Here are the ingredients for one dosa ..According to this you can increase the quantity for more dosas.
  • Dosa Batter : 3/4  cup
  • Paneer : 1  cube(of 1")
  • Sweet corn : 2 tblspn
  • Tomatoes : 2 tblspn
  • Salt : a pinch
  • Chilli powder : a pinch
  • Garam masala powder : a pinch
  • Oil : 1/2 tblspn
  • Butter : 1 tspn
Procedure :
  1. Heat the Dosa tawa/pan and then rub it with a slice of onion. This will avoid dosa sticking to the pan.
  2. On a medium flame , take two ladle full of batter on the tawa  , and keep circling the laddle on the batter from the centre to the edges to form a dosa in circle shape.
  3. Add a tspn or a little more oil over dosa ,covering  all the sides .
  4. When the color starts to change brown , turn dosa and let it be on there other side for 1-2 mins.
  5. Turn the dosa again , simmer the flame  and spread chopped corn , chopped tomatoes ,grated paneer evenly on dosa.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of salt , a pinch of chilli powder , a pinch of garam masala powder over dosa .
  7. Add a very little amount of  butter and let it be on the tawa for 2 more minutes.
  8. Fold it into half serve hot.
