Ingredients:
- Potatoes (aloo) : 2
- Jeera : 1 1/2 spoons
- Oil : 2 spoons
- Onions chopped : 1(big)
- Green chillies chopped : 3
- Coriander powder : 1 spoon
- Jeera powder (cumin powder) :1 spoon
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 spoon
- Salt : as per your taste
- Chilli powder :1/2 spoon
- Turmeric : one pinch
- Kasuri methi(dry fenugreek leaves) : 1 spoon
- Corriander leaves : 5
- Boil the potatoes ,peel it and cut into 1 inch cubes.
- Heat the pan and add 2 spoons of oil to it.
- When the oil gets heated add jeera and let them crackel.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute until the raw smell goes.
- Add onions ,saute them till they turn to light brown color.
- Add chopped green chillies and powdered kasuri methi.
- Fry it for few minutes.
- Now take a bowl and add cumin powder,corriander powder , red chilli powder and 2 spoons of water to it.mix them well and add to the pan and stir it well untill the oil oozes out the mixture.
- Now add diced potatoes to it adnd mix it well.
- Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves
