Ingredients:
- Coriander Leaves : 1 big bunch
- Boiled rice : 2 cups
- Green chillies : 3(can reduce according to your spice)
- Ginger : 2 small pieces
- Salt : as per taste
- Cashews : 6(split and cut into small pieces)
- Oil : 2 spoons
- Ghee : 1spoon
- Cumin seeds 1 spoon
- Asefotida : a pinch
- Roasted gram : 1/4 cup
- Shredded dry coconut : 1/4 cup
- Grind corriander leaves, chilles and ginger together adding few drops of water. Put it aside.
- Grind roasted gram, dried coconut and keep it aside.
- Heat oil and ghee in a pan,add cumin seeds . Let them splitter. Now add asefotida and splitted cashews.
- Let them fry till cahews turn to golden brown color.
- Now add the coriander paste to it.Add salt and let it fry throughly till the raw smell goes.
- Now add boiled rice and grinded powder to it and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
