Ingrediants:
- Poha/Atukulu(rice flakes) : 3 cups
- Mustard : 1/2 tbspn
- Cumin :1/2 tbspn
- Curry Leaves : 6
- Peanuts : 1/4 cup
- Coriander leaves : few
- Urad dal : 1 tspn
- Turmeric : a pinch
- Chana dal : 1 tspn
- Onions : 1 big (cut length wise)
- Salt : as per taste
- Sugar : one pinch
- Oil : 2 spoons
- Green chillies : 2(split length wise)
- Lemon juice : 1tspn
- Wash rice flakes in water ,drain all the water from it and sprinkle few drops of water on it and keep it aside.
- Now heat oil in a pan add all the spices ,peanuts ,onions,green chillies,turmeric,little salt and let them fry for few minutes until the color changed to golden brown.
- Now add curry leaves , riceflakes, a pinch of sugar to it and mix well.
- Adjust salt and add lemon juice after removing it from the stove and mix well.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves and roasted gram powder.
Rice flakes should be little dry to handle.so use only few drops of water to soak them .
