Ingrediants:
- Cabbage : 2 cups chopped
- Rice : 1 cup
- Chana dal : 1/4 cup
- Cloves : 2
- Cinnamon : 2 cm length
- Elachi : 1
- Green chillies : 2
- Oil : 1 spoon
- Ghee : 1 spoon
- Salt : as per taste.
Procedure:
- Wash and soak rice and chana dal for 15 mins.
- Heat oil and ghee in a pressure cooker.
- Add all the spices and fry for 1 minute.
- Now add the chopped cabbage , chillies and fry for 5 minutes till the cabbage tender .
- Add soaked rice , dal , salt and fry for 2-3 mins.
- Now add 2 glasses of water , let the whistle come for 3 times then simmer it for 1 minute and off .
- Serve with raita or pickle.
