Ingrediants:
- Bombay rava(Rava coarse) : 1 cup
- Milk : 1 cup
- Water : 2 cups
- Sugar : 1 cup
- Cashews : 10
- Ghee (clarified butter) : 2 tbspn
- Mix milk and water and bring it to boil on a medium flame.
- Take a pan add 1 tblspn ghee ,fry broken cashews and keep aside.
- In the same pan fry rava in the ghee lightly till the raw smell goes.
- When the milk is boiled , add the fried rava to the milk and stir continuously.
- Add sugar and remaining ghee to the mixture.
- Stir on continously and when it started sticking to the pan remove it from the pan and spread it in a plate coated with ghee.
- After 5-10 mins cut into square pieces with the knife and garnish with cashews.
