Heat a pan on a medium flame ,add oil and when the oil gets heated,add mustard and jeera .when the jeera is splittering add onions and mirchi and curry leaves .saute the onions and then add boiled moong dal,soaked sabudana and salt ..mix them well and let them cook for 3 mins..at-last add fresh coconut. then yours hot hot upma is ready to eat..
- sabudana : 1 cup
- moongdal : 1/4 cup
- green mirchi : 2-3(according to your taste)
- grated fresh coconut : 4 spoons
- onions :1 big
- mustard seeds :1 spoon
- jeera : 1 spoon
- curry leaves : 6
- salt : according to your taste
- oil : 2 spoons
preparations:
- soak the sabudana in water for 45 mins
- half boil the moong dal
- make the chilles as a paste
